This is the last song in Scaled and Icy I'd like to review because this one is included to be my favorite. Lyrically.
Well, when I'm listening to it I feel like I'm listening to Zayn Malik influence and melancholic kpop influence in mix, musically isn't my favorite but I love the rap part. It never fails me.
Lyrically is so deep as usual
"I don't wanna go like this, at least let me clean my room" can be represented from many people's views.
I think it's related to how one thinks of the future when he passes away, what happens to his family and his close people after his death and sadly, his dreams don't come true yet. I can't think beyond Tyler, like it always gives me chills everytime I'm reading the meaning of his songs.
Tyler Joseph shared that “Redecorate” was inspired by an actual scenario where a friend of his preserved the room for their son who passed away, and that its message is important to him.
There are 11 tracks but I only review three of them plus the other first two "Shy Away" and "Choker" because this album is really different from their old ones so it'd probably take much time to grow on me. I'll review the rest someday when I'm connected with the songs and the lyrics.
Thank you for reading my trilogy reviews of Scaled and Icy album. Stay Alive.
