Well, today I didn't intend to continue blogging cuz I'm distracted by a match tonight where my fav football team "Bayern Munich" is there to fight for something that's important to them like I do eaaa 😅😂.
It's the third week of AFT program which works start "menumpuk" or piling up but it's my decision and I've been trusted to be a participant so never give up, dear myself 🙂.
So, on last Tuesday Alhamdulillah I took a class observation of 7 grader which the students are girls and they're more calm than the students of 10 grader who are boys 😬😂🤘.
So teaching SMP (Junior High School) students needs so much patience because they need lots of grammar theories than practices like their senior in SMA (High School) do.
Ms Meutia started her lesson by greeting us like good morning, how are you so on before the main lesson.
Seriously, I can feel the difference of an atmosphere between teaching SMA students and SMP students, however both are fun :).
The point is teaching in such a flexible way makes us as teachers and students get connected perfectly. No need to rush them to understand our lesson material quickly. Slowly but surely.
About two seminars, yesterday is a guidance seminar talking about other activities (not academically) that are important to develop our ability, our personality, our character such as social activities, extracurricular, parents visiting, class evaluation, and career planning.
Yes, academically I bet we all can improve our academics easily but improving our character, personality, social skills. It takes a long time :).
I'm almost forgotten about one thing that I found interesting in Pribadi School Depok, there's "one on one meeting", so it's like students can confide in to their teachers about kind of things that burden them, the teachers too. Cool! I wish many schools would do this too :) psychologically it'good (period).
The last one is about an academic seminar, we were taught how to arrange such an interesting lesson plan. Hmm arranging a lesson plan is hard moreover arranging a marriage plan. (😅) "plakkk on my forehead"
Arranging such an understandable lesson plan must have 8 points...
If we successfully import those 8 points into our lesson plans, definitely our lessons will be successfully understood by our students. Ganbatte.
